Dilbert as head of the team needs to immediately do a trust building exercise. Tow the
three of them in a leaky rowboat in middle of a lake and ask them as a team to bring the
rowboat to shore. Give them three vegetable cans and a can opener. If the bodies are never
found Dilbert is home free.

What about Ted???? Why isn't he on the team???? He's been kept out of meetings, doesn't receive emails anymore, doesn't get assigned to urgent projects......hmmmmmmm......

I'm jealous.

I would have so much fun destroying the careers of the three guys my boss hates; hours upon hours of entertainment!
