If it is discovered your corporation does bad things, you as CEO can always resign retroactively so you weren't really CEO then.

@Ppaul939. More like I'm the CEO, I have no clue what we make but I am making a butt load of money running this company so I could care less if it tanks in a few years. I still have my golden parachute!
