Dilbert is in a strange position considering the CEO doesn't even want to talk to him... the only reason he could be there isn't good! Perhaps he is to head up the new project and to be the scape goat when it all horribly fails.

I notice Dilbert's in the center of this board. This particular formation is usually called: The Trap.
