@kaffekup @khpageWhy would Wally *not* be proud of being too Zen/useless (which is not a combination that I expect in general) to be the bad apple?
Maybe he once worked really hard, in ways that both made him immune and made him zen, and he doesn't want to be reminded of his former self?

How can a bad apple influence someone who doesn't do anything in the first place? Wally's Zen technique protects him at all times, from bad apples to ditzo PHB's and CEO's. He should be coronated as employee of the year for the entire world....

If you were the bad apples worms would you want to infect Wally? They probably decided that death was better than being infected by Wally. Not that I blame them, the world is supposedly going to end according to the media who misread the Mayan calendar. The world was supposed to end months ago because of a little thing called leap year. After all what parasite would want to say it spent the last day in the world in Wally? They might get shunned in the afterlife.
