I'm missing the joke here. OK, combo pack, meaning "chips and tissues" sold together. To creepy bearded guys. Please note, I'm not expecting thumbs up, but actually wishing for somebody to explain the joke. That said, feel free to explain it or thumb me down, that's your choice.
