The Wally-Dilbert crossfire is wonderful. Has the company been sold to the Elbonians?

I challenged a former general manager of mine regarding the positive outlook he had on the changes the company was going. He pathetically called out the "not obstacles, but opportunities" counter like the PHB had in the past. Let's just say that that facility was shut down within a year from that inspirational meeting from these changes.
