Shouldn't Dilbert have asked for the name of the hospital and ward number? It is pretty difficult to put the guy to work if you do not even know how to contact him.

That's aways the case for any given job.
On the other hand, if you don't ever train anybody up, you're a one-man army to retirement.

Plus: Dilbert won't be bothered by these new team members.

Negative: He has to do their performance reviews next month.
