@BritTim, You're correct, I never did wear a tie. Otherwise, the cartoon's quite a good likeness. I used to work with a Tim; could it be . . . ?

The guy should not be wearing a tie, because he will refuse to follow any company dress code. Many years ago, I used to run into this this type regularly, though they are now becoming rare. They remain employed because, regardless of their (lack of) grooming and interpersonal skills, they can quickly solve technical issues beyond most mortals.
