R3sistance - but if other people have used SEO - then you need to too - so that you come out in your "proper" place at the top of the list - or at least on the 1st page - ahead of the less relevant pages .............................. e.g. we want to come out in the top 3 in our locality - not under all the big firms who might not actually be anywhere near to our actual location but embed every London postcode (zip code) so they come out "top".
