I hate the question "how is it going ?", and told about its hypocrisy to my boss and relatives.They happen to use it a lot where i'm, at the opposite of my native land. And after that they themselves "cool and welcoming people" (at the opposite of my native land's). curse them.

I don't think I would be offended if my boss called me Underling. It would be the first honest thing I've ever heard in the cubicle farm....

Sounds like how I felt at my last job. I left for a job with a much lesser stress level. My previous employer is having trouble finding employees to replace the ones that leave (25-40% turnover).
