Ha! The company I work for actually did this (took all the chairs out of the meeting rooms)... needless to say, it didn't last.

For a meeting like this, you will need a step stool for the PHB, to stand on, to be above the
workers. If this was San Francisco the nakedness would get ugly fast without a dress code.

I can't think of a single place I've worked where anything would have been better if meetings were to be conducted with everyone standing and not wearing pants . . .
