Oh this is excellent. The temptation to send it to my managing director and director is high. One of our values is supposedly 'communication'. Such is the value placed on this by our director that, during that anxious summer when she was proposing to outsource our jobs to New Zealand, we had not one meeting with her on the subject. It was all done second and third hand through my line manager and the then head of department.
It would be lovely to be able just to laugh in their faces when they come out with this guff, but unfortunately one has to eat.

who works for Delta got a really nice bonus. Might have had something to do with Delta's purchase of an oil refinery to give themselves a steady supply of fuel, but not sure about that. Regardless, a very cool move by those folks. She had a big smile on her face when I asked about the bonus, and that stuff in re employees is solid gold....
