This shows clearly why he is CEO and PHB isn't.

PHB is just lying to himself to be a leader. Of cause he is not a leader, but a follower to the CEO.
To the CEO leadership isn't enough. He acclaims to be GREAT, like beeing Napoleon. He expects admiration, respect and loyality without giving it to anyone else.

Medicine/psychology are judging this differences in the strength of perceptual disturbance, but in a very different way as 'big business' does.
