PhilfyPhil ; and nearly got elected in Italy too - quite apart from Berlusconi who the PHB reminds me of in this strip . Perhaps the PHB will innocently attend a "bunga bunga" party soon?

I think having a sense of humor is more about understanding humor itself, not in being "hilarious". So, no, you're not an awesome leader.
