just went to a "retirement planning" seminar. the presenter had the following to say --
"tax code is designed around human nature; the nature of not wanting to deal with complication, the nature to procrastinate. indeed, it's not design to be comprehensible; it's design to collect maximum amount of taxes."
OK, I finally got it. Stanky Bathurd is an anagram sort of deal for "Stinky B-a-s-t-a-r-d". I think when you turn 65 you shouldn't have to pay any income taxes at all. BTW, Stanky's flies are in the kitchen eating leftovers...
What happened to the tax code of the old Soviet Union when it "went out of business"? Did they create a new one? Did Russians not have to pay taxes for awhile until the new Russia got organized? Does that explain why the rich guy with the accent in that advert had enough rubles to buy a solid gold flatscreen and a miniature giraffe?
