Wally puts down his coffee cup so he does not spill, then falls out with Dilbert. I agree that Dilbert seems to have become a young Wally, with little respect for management. I say "Bravo"

I personally have seen that there is no money to fix an existing tool or add features, but a budget for new application is found to replace it. Upon release the app has even fewer features than the old and no commitment on when the new features that instigated its release will be implemented. All that matters is that tool is released on time and under budget. The Champagne corks pop and back slaps all around by management. The budget then disappears and the features never happen. (Repeat as necessary)
