I always think I should keep a list of top ten dumbest things I have ever read... your comment would make that list. Just about every crime going there is potential for blaming the victim; it isn't limited to rape and most certainly does include murder... but I doubt bring up recent cases around "stand your ground" will end out going in a nice direction right now.

"Blaming the victim" is not restricted to rape cases, you all know that, right?
Any situation where you are victim of other' s misdeed and you receive a "you should have known better" is a "blame the victim" situation.

I thought that the 1st Rule of appraisals was that they should be separate(d) from the pay review?
