As much as I hated meetings, they were not a complete waste of time. The first 15 minutes, when everything necessary was said, could be worthwhile. It was the next hour or more when everything was repeated OVER AND OVER AND OVER was when they became a waste of time. Why managers don't see that is one of the wonders of the working world.

I see a flaw in your logic... Wally is currently in a meeting already... even if you only count it as part of a meeting; that is still infinitely more than 0.
