@Dilbertlicious We *have* to have willpower. We don't get 30 guaranteed vacation days, guaranteed health care (we can afford) and if our jobs are classified as "exempt" (most office jobs are), we can literally be required to work unlimited hours with no extra compensation above base pay.
When I reach my 12th year with my company, I'll be eligible for my 4th week of vacation per year. At 25 years, I'll ostensibly get 5 weeks. This is reasonably generous by American standards.
