You can't be "born homosexual". Social behavior is learned. So, it's the fault of your parents (or whoever raises you) whatever you are or learn. As far as any court deciding you can be committing a crime in some way related to your birth--that's just silly. But then, 90% or more of all laws are silly and nothing more than one group thinking it has the right to tell another group what they're allowed to do with their own lives, their own bodies, and their own property.

I would encourage Scott Adams to rename Dilbert to Dilbert 2.0 if he would like to change the focus of his comic strip to include content far different than he has broached in the past.

Scott Adams has built up an audience expecting a certain consistent type of humor. This particular strip falls squarely outside the "norm" of his past work. If he chooses to continue doing so he risks alienating his long standing audience.
