I had a 'team leader' (not really a manager) that had a reputation for taking credit for the work of others. I always covered myself by sending him an email summarizing our meeting, and cc'ed other workers as well as a supervisor or higher. I thought of 'blind' cc'ing them to see if I could catch him out, but decided against it. I remember vividly my second line manager thanking me for an idea (he actually called me a 'hero' because it saved hours of work) while 'idea stealer' glared at me.

The only one who really understands this is Wally - he offers no ideas and no work either, but manages to get paid for it all the same. Brilliant....

This one only had 3 of 5 stars. This comic is so accurate it stings. 5/5

How about the *kind* of idea that makes your state millions and defunds criminals at the same time?
