Glasses, and wearable tech are physical manifestation of symbiotic connection to humans.
It seems to me that cyberspace / internet is alive, or shows some semblance of life. Computers as we call them are developing / evolving at a pace defined by Moore's law. As cyber entity it is using a symbiotic / parasitical relationship. It provides useful function for the host, in return for feeding it, or its component cells. I say Parasite, because of all the 5mut and P0rn on the net.
The It is likely not self aware yet. But maybe the google search engine may have some primitive digital kind of self awareness.

I was trying to pull of sarcasm... guess I should've remembered poe's law.

Anyways, clearly wikipedia is not a reliable source of information, I was parodying this against google which also is clearly a very imperfect source of information as well.

Wrong end of the donkey.
And, there's probably a reason these people's nickname is "Glass-holes".
I hope that gets through the filter...

Glasses would be much more functional with a particle beam option. Other than that, the only cool thing to use them for would be to record the dis-assembly of some mystic device... like an iPhone so you don't have any screws left over when you re-assemble. !$%*!$% pics, while nice... are not cool.
