Randy's start up may well be the 'mandatory' online training program that he isn't taking. And there are six other customers besides Dilbert's company!!

After hearing that Randy left, 4 of the 7 customers have stopped using the product. This leaves just 3 left, all of whom have prepaid support contracts that guarantee 2 hour response time from an engineer for issues raised at any time day, and any day of the week. Who gets to be the support engineer first?
